This data is used solely to respond to contact requests, process booking requests, publish customer reviews after moderation, and notify subscribers when the whale watching season reopens. It is never sold, shared or rented to third parties.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived for a reasonable period for evidentiary purposes, unless the person concerned requests deletion.

Data is accessible only to Manini Whales Experience. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which technically hosts the data without accessing it for commercial purposes.
