Manini Whales Experience is a young business launching its very first season. Based in Rimatara, the smallest inhabited island in the Australs, we chose this home for a simple reason: its pristine waters welcome humpback whales every year, far from the busier sites elsewhere in French Polynesia. A small, close-knit team takes you out to sea for tours in small groups, following the rhythm of the ocean and its inhabitants.
